Well since the 2007 MKMF end date was October 15 2007, it only follows they start with October 16.

Though it IS weird that the end date is 14 October 2008. Kinda makes one think why SNSD comeback album was pushed further to November huh? Coz if it were released prior to October 14, then there would have been no chance for their comeback album to be included in the 2009 MKMF... sneaky LSM...

Last I checked, WG are leading in the polls with SNSD not lagging far behind. WTH >__>

Woah....was it a coincidence that the period marked out for album releases to be considered for MKMF 2008 begins on the date when SNSD's album was released? X.x Not surprising, since SM has always been rumoured to 'BUY' awards for their artistes...

Anyway, it's going to be pretty exciting. We'll see "friendly competition" among top groups and top artistes...and I wonder how it will all turn out. I think SNSD will win an award...just a matter of WHICH award. As for the OST songs, I feel that Taeyeon's IF deserves to be in the nominee list, because it has a really soothing melody (and I wouldn't have survived my exam period without this song, amongst many others)...I'll be rooting for IF and Han Ga Ji Mal by F.T.
