Everything about those three are true.
Sunye's a great leader. It's true that she just stays in the background but once they need her she'll step up to give them encouragement and support. She lets all her member talks and shine on stage. She's really an amazing leader.
Yunho is the same. He thinks of others first, the fans, staffs and his members before himself. He knows how to handle a situation and is there ready to lead his group.
Teukie is a great leader as well. Maybe most of the time he's child-like and doesn't act his age but he does his responsibility well. He takes good care of his members despite the fact that he's already sick. Most of the times, the members doesn't look like they respect him when they brush him off but the truth is they love him. I remember during the car accident, he worries about Kyu the most. He keeps on calling his name while being placed on a stretcher. It still made me cry everytime.
Hyunjoong's great as well. He tries his best in everything he does. He cares for each of his members and take good care of them.
Onew... I think he's similar to Sunye. He lets the others shine before himself. He takes good care of them as he looks after them and is contented with being in the background.

....i think that that really quiet girl in SNSD would be a better choice for a leader. Sunye and Yunho are awesome. That YT member "SNSDrules" is really annoying me.
