What not to watch on 'Saturday Night'

As we all know, SNSDs Yuri and Tiffany have taken on the "challenging" task of hosting MBCs weekly music program, Show! Music core.

We were all shocked at the decision and of course expected them to fail as MCs. Apparently, we werent the only ones that thought so.

MBCs producers in charge of the weekly music program have also been working overtime to find ways in making their "investment" in SNSDs Yuri and Tiffany, turn out profitable. Unfortunately that has'nt been the case, and its embarassingly obvious that MBC is struggling to make their new MCs appealing to their chosen audiences.

For instance, this being the fourth (?) week of their new job, the PDs have already restyled the show, three times significantly, in order to make their new hosts more interesting... Last week, they had the two girls take different roles, with pre-recorded and live clips of them as News anchors, reporters and as a part of staff...

It didnt work apparently, and that was obvious in Yuris question when they were live at 3:46, she asks the audience what they "thought, was it fun?", and you need to witness for yourself the not only unenthusiastic response, but nonexistant one. (you wont regret just skipping to that part).



LOL.

So obviously, the choice in MCs was a bad one, and they know it, so what are they pulling from their bag of ideas this week?

Well, they're basically making the girls do, what they must know how to do... and that is, actually perform with the guests....

I actually find this extremely amusing, watching MBC regret their decision every week, by making them do whatever they can make them do, to make them the least bit appealing... To a crowd, that obviously couldnt care less if they were there, or not.

So this week they will be performing with Son Dambi for her hit "Saturday Night", and Yuri will also be participating in Jumper's 'Dazzling Eyes' performance.

Perhaps this is a hint that they're better suited in the background as backup dancers, MBC could have used our advice before they made the horrible choice in choosing these two. Or even, without a male host or someone bearable on team.

MBC next time, dont bother with these failing stars, and try to hide your feelings about them by using other shows on your channel.... *cough* Horror Factory *cough*.

i just saw the perf . . . and they appeared at the last few seconds of the performance only *thanks goodness*
when i heard that they were performing with son danbi i thought . . . they're gonna kill the song. instead, they killed the ending of the songs. even though they only appeared during the last few seconds of the perf . . . tiffany managed to even messed up -____- how? how can you be off in the dance step when you only have so many steps to learn! ><

^^ I saw it too, and I was just left with the thought "And what was the point of that?" It was horrible, I noticed how little stage presence they have when comparing it to dambi... It made me laugh to be honest ESPECIALLY Yuris "singing" (It was unbelievably bad) in the Jumper performance, that gave me some hard LOLs

I'm thinking they will probably make them wear less and less to draw fans...yeah sure why not use the sex appeal again? Who in their right mind thought this would work is probably a psycho. Seriously what's happening....are they really that desperate for any mc?

they suck real hard in MCing.. both of them doesn't deserve this kind of project. their so dull & boring! DBSK's Micky & Uknow, Suju's Heechul, Eeteuk & Shindong, CSJH The Grace Sunday & Dana. they were more fun & entertaining compared to Tardy & Ewwri.

Yup, just like I thought...they stink of desperation. Why are the PDs trying so hard to cram them in every possible performance they can get?? I'm guessing Miss Fany's solo song isn't doing so hot so now she has to stuff her monstrous mug into other performer's time in order to get recognized. Their fake aegyo seriously gives me nightmares...

LMAO!! I love how the audience stops right when she asks if it's fun.. they must've been like, "this chick must've kidding with this question"..hahahaha...I didn't know they were such a failure in their MC gigs (since i never bothered watching them!! haha)

I sad the its going to be boring when Yuri and Tiffany come back.

^^ If only it was always KangTeuk Boys have flavor and actual experience with hosting music shows. So it would make sense for them to be the new MCs, not two fools who dont even have the present audience pumped. Which is also a part of the job description.


On topic. I LOLed my box booty off when I saw the Son Dambi performance, Dambis vocals are always criticized, but its her stage presence and performing that keeps her "the one to watch". And Tiffany and Yuri next to her made them look like some seriously confused n00b backup dancers. LOL.


And Yuris little thing with Jumper was even more LOLtastic, oh dear her voice is just.... wrong. XD No wonder she's a backup dancer.

I still cant get over that little bit with Yuri asking the crowd what they thought, it pretty much sums up SNSDs presence in the Music Industry.
